North Korea Army is not for the country, rather Kim Jong-Il’s private army. Therefore, the controversy over human rights among the distinction between social standing and military department conflict will grow. Under the third generation hereditary system by Kim Jong-un; the violation of human rights phenomenon will likely deteriorate because power struggle between Politburo and National Defense.
It is finally exposed why the various fraud and corruption phenomenon is rampant within soldiers in North Korea.
